The Public Legal Education Association of Saskatchewan (PLEA) booklet “Buying and Selling a Home” is 40-page  guide to the law for buyers and sellers of residential real estate in Saskatchewan. It outlines common legal issues that arise in a typical real estate transaction. Buyers and sellers of real estate sign contracts and make other important personal, financial and legal decisions along the way. The booklet provides general information to help buyers and sellers of property make informed decisions when making or accepting offers, seeking financing or arranging transfers of title. The booklet is available in PDF format on PLEA’s website www.plea.org or may be ordered in quantity free-of-charge. PLEA is a non-profit, non-government organization funded by the Law Foundation of Saskatchewan and the Department of Justice Canada.
