Customer Choice Builds 25+ Units

The Customer Choice Awards are presented to a RRRHBA member to recognize high customer satisfaction in the sale, construction and warranty of new homes.

New homeowners are surveyed about their contact with your company during the sales, building and warranty process. Following the survey, builders receive a comprehensive written report. These survey results are a valuable tool for builders to learn more about their business and identify strengths and weaknesses in their company.

The survey is administered by New Home Warranty Program of Saskatchewan.
